We partner with parents

You are the primary influencer in your child’s life, and we want to partner with you as you guide your child to having a heart for God. Basically, children’s ministry is also family ministry. We are here to help you on your spiritual journey as well and help you guide your child to having a heart for God.

Be sure to join the Ridgekidz Parents Closed Facebook Group and Remind: Communication Tool. These are your first steps in being connected to what your child is learning so you can run with it together Monday – Saturday.

Common Questions

How does the Secure Check-In System Work?

At Ridgekidz, we value your child’s safety and that’s why we have a secure check-in system in place.

On your first visit, the Ridgekidz Welcome Team will have you complete a Connect Card which will provide us with basic information, including allergies or medical concerns, to set your family up in the check-in system. You will receive matching identification stickers. Your child will wear the name tag portion and you will keep the matching parent tag. After the service, please show the Ridgekidz Leaders the parent tag in order to proceed down the kids hall. Also, show your parent tag to the Room Leader so your child can be release from his/her room.

Should we need to contact you during the service, the identification code on the parent tag will appear on the screen in the worship center. We ask that you immediately proceed to the Ridgekidz hall where a Ridgekidz staff member or leader will direct you to your child’s room.

The next time you join us, you can use the self-check kiosks. Just follow the instructions on the screen. We have Welcome Team Leaders available to assist you as you learn this process.

What should I expect on our first visit?

On your first visit, be our guest at the Ridgekidz Welcome Desk. You’ll be greeted by a Ridgekidz Leader who will help you every step of the way as you learn how Ridgekidz works. The leader will even guide you to your child’s room and introduce you to your child’s leaders. Feel free to ask questions, we want you to have the best experience and peace of mind as you enter into worship as well.
