Created – Music, Coffee, Art

August 17 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm EDT

We whole-heartedly believe that we were created to be creative in our unique way. So, we set aside a few nights each year to show case an array of local artists – including painters, poets, musicians and more! We also have some amazing coffee on brew.

Michael Mann:
Being raised in a town outside of Athens, GA you can’t help but getting caught up by music. Whether it be the gospel sounds of church; the thriving alternative rock scene from the city next door; or Hank Sr. crying out from the radio of your Grandpa’s sun bleached truck… it gets in you. Michael Mann draws on these sounds to make music in the hopes of telling stories that connect him with others. This pursuit with his band Radiolucent had him on stages opening up for artists from Merle Haggard to Kiss, and from Ludacris to Chris Stapleton. Archetypal in theme and groovy by nature Michael’s songs have a way of calling to the spirit of what it means to be human.

Micah Allen:
I’m 22 and originally from Savannah, Georgia. I grew up in a music oriented family and have loved it from as long as I can remember. My dad is and has been since I was born, a worship leader. So growing up I had worship music as a huge influence in my life and music! My sisters are 5 and 10 years older than me so we were always listening to Pop music on the radio as well as a ton of other influences. I would say that my style of music is definitely a mix between Pop, RnB with a little bit of soul in there as well!

Michael Minkoff:
Michael Minkoff is co-founder of Renew the Arts, a public charity dedicated to liberating Christian creativity. Michael will be talking about the potential promises and pitfalls of liberating Christian creativity, and why Renew the Arts thinks art is the single most important strategic spiritual forum for the next generation.

Quinn Leach:
I’m 19, started playing guitar when I was 12 and just never put it down. The style I play is called finger tapping, it’s awesome because it’s like looking at the acoustic guitar with a completely different approach and mindset.
