I would like to let you know about a few short-term changes we are making here at The Ridge. The members of The Ridge leadership team met today and decided that in consideration of public health concerns regarding the Coronavirus, we will suspend large gatherings such as Sunday services, Journey Groups, Student Ministries, and more for the next two weeks.
During these next two weeks, we will formulate additional plans to help keep us well connected with one another and to worship together. We will continue to assess the situation on a weekly basis and will do our very best to keep you well informed through social media, our website, email and more.
In the short term,
- Please join us online to watch our services, available at either theridge.cc/watch or on Facebook, starting this Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
- In light of all that is going on around us, we strive to be the church and shine the light of Christ to one another and our community. Let’s continue to pray as one body in Christ for people impacted by the virus, our nation’s leaders, the various health organizations, our local healthcare providers, and all those who are doing their best to ensure better health for our nation and the world.
If you have questions about my email or about the plans we have in place at The Ridge, please contact Linda Master-Parker, Communications Deacon, The Ridge or Matthew Brogden, Pastor, Family Ministries, or call 706-258-2330, and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
