WHAT TO EXPECT
When students walk through the doors our prayer is that they immediately feel welcomed and loved because RidgeStudents is a family that is centered around Jesus. Students will spend time building community with their peers and leaders, worshiping, praying, hearing the Word of God taught in a way that is relevant to them, and meeting in small groups. Dinner will always be provided for free starting at 5:30p.
SMALL GROUPS
Small groups are a safe place where the students are separated by grade and gender. This allows us to talk about the lesson in a relevant way and how it directly applies to their lives.

The role of a Small Group Leader is to dive deeper into the lesson, build a lasting relationship, and do life with our students.
SUPPORT LEADER
The role of a Support Leader is to assist RidgeStudents in various ways by creating a safe and organized environment allowing students to experience true life change.
FOOD TEAM
The role of the Food Team is to help prepare and serve a meal (paid for by the ministry) to the students and leaders on Wednesday nights.

While we would love to meet you, no you do not have to come in.

We start service at 6pm and end at 8pm. However, we encourage students to show up at 5pm to hang out before service. Pick up is at 8pm.

Yes, all volunteers go through a training process before becoming a leader, which includes a background check.
